I had a great idea today… make a person look like a tree… kinda. My husband showed me a new wood, that was only a short distance from our house, and I LOVE it. I want to shoot there every day. Trees
My lovely model was out with me enjoying the sun. This image is a celebration of spring and all those magical little creatures I grew up loving. This is a manipulated image, with the faerie wings painted on. This shot wasn’t completely simple. My lovely cat Phaeroh decided that he didn’t want to sleep in a spot that had a lovely background and great natural light… he wanted to sleep in my wardrobe!!! Huge thanks to my model abi, who braved -4c, barefoot, on a slippy fallen tree, over a frozen stream, in a summer dress, 2 hours before we had our first (and rather large amount of) snowfall! Bridge in the mist
